I was trying to remember where that driving school would have been, and figured it had to be in that little plaza by Lic's. Yes, technically it's 3rd Ave at that point; 'tis very silly that that road changes names so many times.
Coincidentally the Foothills Driving School location is also now a cannabis shop.
