To be fair he's coached some really mediocre teams on the back half of his career and even those Rangers teams weren't that great. Getting the Jackets into the playoffs for four straight seasons is an accomplishment no other head coach had made. He got a lot of flack about the way he handled Ryan Johansen but he was bang on about the guy. Put your hands up if you thought the Flyers would hold a playoff spot this season. He's got a shelf life but he's a really good head coach.
