Mangiapane isn't even the best player on the third line and he's paid like a 2nd line player. If these criticisms exist for a guy like Huberdeau who's spent most of his time in Calgary playing with people that can't shoot they'll exist for Mangiapane. I'd say he's gotten more of a benefit playing with Coleman and Backlund then they have from playing with him.
I have no problem with Mangiapane on the 3rd line but he got a contract to score goals which he isn't doing, and he might not even get 15 this year.
