The arena deal. She sold us out to a billionaire after the people of this city repeatedly made it clear they didn’t want to bankrupt ourselves for the enrichment of a billionaire owner. And not just any arena deal, one of the worst in NA sports history.
In some ways her predicament reminds me of Kenney provincially. She’s doing just enough to piss off conservatives and just enough to piss off progressives. But not enough to make either side happy. It’s the worst kind of fence sitting.
