Can't quite figure out what the scouts are seeing that keeps Fransen from being anywhere near any lists, but I've read some hints:
-He's too dependent on the PP for points (by my count he's only ahead of Sahlin-Wellenius by 5, but 19 points out of 44 is pretty high- still, not a big deal)
-He's good in the offensive zone, but he's not a great puck-mover
-He struggles defensively in higher levels
-Some don't think his game will translate
