Scary stuff last night!
The fire in Tuscany was just at the end of our street and I am positive I saw the actual lightening strike that caused the fire. We were sitting out on our front porch watching the show......nature is very humbling sometimes
We then went down and watched the firefighters put it out - took them quite awhile as it was in the attic and it seemed to be hard to get at. They did a good job preventing the fire from spreading to the neighbors' houses.
We also saw the poor lady who's house it was, wrapped in a blanket, clearly devastated
Oilfan - there was only the 1 house fire and it was not on your street. Not sure where the flooding is as i am in the tanglewood area of tuscany (NW end) and there isn't any flooding over here.
