A buddy of mine lives 3 blocks away. I just called him to confirm, and yeah, his house is fine, as is most houses.
One house in Tuscany caught fire due to a lightning strike, and a few people have water in their basements. A consideration is the southern part of Tuscany is on a good slope, so it's not like water will pool up there.
