You don't want the whole URL, you just want the string after the "v="
So a youtube URL of

You only want the bolded portion after the v=
Using the 'Wrap youtube tags around the selected text' option from the taskbar above you would have[YOUTUBE)N-g5QmcPzZk[/YOUTUBE)
and you would post this
