I was down by the reservoir tonight and at the ver end of Crowchild where it hits Glenmore park there was a manhole that was blown off by the water rushing up through it onto the street. The manhole cover was sitting on top of the column of water rushing out a couple feet in the air. It looked like a freaking cartoon! Southbound Crowchild was backed wwwwaayyyy up as it looked like Glenmore was completely stopped.
