Yes, a lot of single bid sales, but that vast majority of those are earmarked for specific use and only a single bidder will play. A lot of perpetual right of way sales as well. You can also see that just because a piece of property hits the auction block does not mean the auction will go through. Public pressure can kill an offering pretty quickly or an interested party backs away once the initial bid is disclosed.

I believe the initial bid has already been set at $68.5 million. A lot of the legwork on this has already been done since last June.
It's also worth noting that while the auctions are public, you need to have certain plans in place for the land that the board is privy to. Even if there are multiple parties involved in the auction, we won't see any of them getting in there solely to gum up the works.
