After the pick is made it’s just a number people attach arbitrary or irrelevant value to.
The players's rights, their play, and ultimately a signed contract matter the most.
Obviously you don’t want to miss on a 1st round pick, but once it’s made, it’s made.
Let their play, not their draft number determine value.
