  • attempt to dominate conversations hardly let others speak because they have to do the important work of proving their knowledge
  • fish for arguments argue to win and prove themselves superior
  • threatened by opposing views disagreement is akin to a personal attack.
  • threatened by knowledgeable people avoid engaging with smart people lest they’re exposed for not knowing as much as they claim to know.
  • hate those who prove them wrong despise you for taking away their primary or only ego-boosting source.
  • can’t admit mistakes prefer blaming others for their mistakes.
  • judgmental quick to label those who disagree with them ‘stupid’ or ‘ignorant’.
  • like correcting others corrects others with with a superior tone
  • unteachable teachable would mean they don’t know it all
  • answer their own questions ask and answer questions themselves
  • ramble on and on rambles on and on to avoid any chance of hearing opposing view
That's a lot of checked boxes, no wonder you're on a random forum, you're already on the top of the mental ignore list of anyone you know
