There's also the half pound cup:
Bounty "bars" are oval and come two to a pack. Both Big Turk and Toblerone come in "bars" that composed of smaller pieces meant to be broken apart. A small bit of chocolate conjoining the Peanut Butter Cups would qualify them as a bar?

Bounty bars are short bars, little different than halloween-sized bars.
Reese’s are cups, not bars. If they were bars, they’d be bars, but they’re cups, so they aren’t bars.
I feel like this doesn’t even warrant explanation.
Big Turk and Toblerone (terrible) are both bars. If they weren’t attached, they wouldn’t be bars, but they are.
If you attached two Reese’s cups together they could be a bar, but would no longer be a cup, because bars aren’t cups.
