Monahan's injury woes
Lindholm being a serviceable 1C between Johnny and Matty gave us one more year of competitiveness but after those bolted it was over, especially with Gaudreau leaving for zero return.
But yeah, Bennett becoming a legit 1C and Monahan staying healthy would have made this team unreal good, plus if Fox hadn't forced his way out. Then we also have that 1D who can drive the offense from the back end.
