Reviews like that are tough. On top of the fact that reviewers could be suffering mental issues or even physical issues that cannot be helped, etc. the knowledge imbalance is so high between a doctor and a patient that you can't help but question what actually happened.

I struggle with the same issue in my field. I have been in positions where my job relies on google reviews and high ratings for SEOs and other benefits. I would say 1% of happy clients will write a review (and only after asking them to) whereas 100% of unhappy clients will write a review - even when the reason for being unhappy had nothing to do with my work, etc.

The hardest part is usually tempering expectations and misconceptions. Then, explaining very difficult or complex issues to someone without the knowledge background.

Finally, you just sometimes deal with crazies. There is nothing you can do and of course they will take it out on you.
