The rules say anybody who's been ejected from the game (player, coach, any other off-ice personnel) has to do so immediately, and any violation is to be reported to the commissioner.
Any violation of the rules can be punished by forfeit, but the decision to call the game by forfeit comes from the commissioner's office.
