Conroy seems to have a good read on the room and the players needed to slot in and be a good fit. It will be interesting to see how he approaches it. I don't see any reason for me to get upset if he chooses to go a different way than I personally would. I'm just some bozo posting on a Flames fan message board on a Sunday morning.
