Kinda funny that it took the conditions to get the unconditional pick though. If we wanted an unconditional 1st and Vegas wanted to keep the 2025 1st for a trade, why couldn't they just straight up agree to trade 2026 unconditional and forget all about the 2025 1st?
And as I think about it, I guess this way it gave Vegas the flexibility to either deal their 2025 or 2026 1st in the second deal and kept negotiating options open for them.
