Yup, it's one thing to cherry pick players picked later on that turned out to be studs. See Konecny at #24 for example.
But I believe Bingo said you always look at a previous pick and look at the 2-3 players taken immediately before or after as legitimate "what if" options. Boston looks really bad here with that logic applied.
