So, they sat down and said to themselves, "We need a first round pick, and a 3rd that can potentially (but highly unlikely) can become a 2nd".
Conroy really has the gift of the gab.
I like the fact that just like the Lindholm trade, he received value that was more valuable to him than the opposing team. Calgary needs a PP QB, and the opposing team valued those players quite a bit less due to need.
That's how good trades are made.
