Devils are selling one piece. The rumblings I am hearing is Toffoli is asking similiar to when he was with the Flames on an extension, lengthy term and money. NJ doesn't want to commit to that so rather than let him walk for nothing they will recoup assets. Team feels they still have enough scoring depth to make a run without TT.
