Conroy said the issue was about communication. So Markstrom thought there was a deal, but it hadn't been finalized. It's not complicated.

But NJD have made it very clear they want to get back to the table and even offered no retention, yet Calgary isn’t budging?
Just seems to be so many coincidences, and all of them lead back to both Dreger and Seravalli saying ownership meddled.
