There are always surprises. So much fortune (with picks) plays into it as well as how trades pan out with younger players that I don't think you can nail down any kind of timeline with any certainty.
If we say 2030 though, at least we're giving ourselves runway to be pleasantly surprised along the way.
Take the last rebuild, for example. Feaster arguably did much worse with his tear down trade returns and the team saw playoffs 2 years later.
