And for people thinking they were going to get a top 10 RD1 pick, never going to happen. No lower team is trading their top pick for a rental. Every option of a first round pick was going to be high 27-32 so a top 20 pick from Vegas was quite good.

I dont understand this part. At worst, they let most teams know that they werent likely to sign an extension. If I'm Hanifin I'm not signing an extension with anyone until after a trade anyway. Why would I want to make the team I'm going to worse by having to give up more assets to get an extended "me"?
