Tippett is the kind of player you specifically target because you're pretty sure he's going to pop given a change in scenery. Basically a Sam Bennett at the time of the trade.
I won't argue that top prospects don't get traded for rentals often. But if you're the best on the market, you'd expect to get a little more than what we got.
