I've looked at it, moreso in the past before houses went crazy priced.
My take is it appears that you get the same house for the money as you do in Calgary; just with twice the size of a lot. Now add in the commute and traffic factors that Snakeeye pointed out, and you have to ask yourself; is it all worth it?
And just to add to Snakeeye's assesment; Glenmore goes down to 2 lane west of 84th. I tried that intersection once, and it took me 10 minutes to get through in rush hour. It looks like they have started digging to widen it, but not sure of an estimated completion date.
