I have largely looked at Conroy's work since he took over as trying to fix the disastrous 2022 that Brad Treliving had.
I think he's done a fine job. Not a stellar job, but he was not in a position to succeed.
Now? Now he has a pretty blank canvas. He didn't make his situation worse with terrible extensions, and he still has a couple of pieces to sell (Kuzmenko, Markstrom, Mangiapane).
This is a
rebuild, they can't hide from it. This is one of the deepest cutting sell-offs we've ever seen in a single season.
