There are still teams that are happy to trade for Hanifin as a rental, and those packages will look good too.  I am not overly worried about Hanifin focusing on Tampa (although rumours abound that there are a few other teams still in it?) since if it is pennies on the dollar, Conroy can just flip Hanifin to whatever contender needs a top 4.
