I'm not sure what point you are trying to argue
All I have said is that this contract isn't a steal or great value...market rate at best IMO and I can't stress this enough IMO

Funny thing about your point though is the Canucks did bridge Pete, only difference is he signed the big money RFA deal while Tkachuk didn't, Tkachuk was even younger
