The most named storms in recorded history was in 2020 (30), so many they had to roll the alphabet. and even if the frequency becomes less they are bigger,stronger and last longer...period!

Three major insurance companies have completely pulled out of Florida because of storm claims and it may not stop down south, Hurricane Fiona cost Nova Scotia $800 million and just 2 weeks ago a storm that originated in the Caribbean followed the warmed Atlantic waters up the eastern coast before slamming into an Alberta clipper and it dumped 5 feet of snow in Nova Scotia.
