I was honestly flabbergasted when the ref's hand stayed down. 7 or 8 hard strides into the hit (charging) Jumping into the hit (No idea what that penalty is called but there it was) and head was principal point of contact (hit to the head).
How much you wanna bet there's no phone call from DOPS about this either.
