They were predicting that would happen in 15 years, 30 years ago. Those houses are still above water.

(Basic Instructions), moved from inland Washington state to Florida some years back. He said he preferred Florida. In both places, half the time the weather is too lousy to go outside, but at least when you get lousy weather in Florida, there's no snow on the roads.
I can get behind that reasoning.
