How many young guys do you need?
How much of an overhaul do you need? There’s almost no one on the roster that was around 3 years ago.
You can’t just dump half the team every year and expect to have any consistency. At some point they have to show some loyalty to the roster as well. Who would want to join a revolving door? Your team isn’t going to be formed 100% from the draft.
