Is he worryingly old based on that video? Yeah absolutely. Does he look a LOT older than Trump at this point? Also yes, unfortunately.
Trump is also slower than before, but for him it really just makes him look better. The content of his speech is as incoherent as ever, but delivered at a slower pace, he doesn't look as obviously unhinged.
Is Biden more capable than Trump? Absolutely, he makes a lot more sense when he speaks, he has much better policies, he is obviously the better option, but Biden doesn't look like he can handle another term in this video.
I get why Trump leads the polls, and right now I don't like Bidens chances of turning this around unless Trump finally implodes before the election.
The US is so effed.
Biden should probably try some fake tan and hair color.
