I am a huge Tanev fan and would be over the moon if it happened but not sure why everybody thinks Tanev will resign here in the summer. It's been mentioned multiple times by Ryan and Eric that they tried to sign him to an extension already and they weren't even able to get close. Doubt they'll somehow get closer in the summer.
That said, I think the flames will miss Tanev a LOT. Not just the blocked shots and him being a "warrior," but he makes so many little plays in his own zone and shows so much poise. I also think Noah will miss him a lot too, wherever he's playing. It's really too bad because that parking has been dynamite.
