I don’t agree. Reputation is overrated and draft picks are more valuable. There’s no sense in squandering value for the sake of some nebulous indeterminable reputation factor. Flames got 3 futures pieces. This is the type of stuff they need to do, plus they can take a crack at re-signing the guy in the off-season too, depending on how things go.
