Which means Smith's Jan 6 case has little chance of happening before the election.
The pro-Trump Florida judge in the documents case is making sure that won't happen by the election.
The PA case is off the rails with the accusations about her relationship with a special prosecutor.
That leaves the Stormy Daniels case lol.
