Like, there’s a small cross section of people who were mad about the government handling everything, and are now mad about the government not handling enough. It’s pretty obvious what the motivation is there, and it’s not to actual consider this in a remotely intelligent way.

I agree, it was never going to be whole. That would be impossible. This is a good first step. Almost like a pilot project.
If people shoot this down as an all or nothing, what incentive is there for any government to apply anything in public? This goes for pharmacare relief, dentalcare relief, student loan relief, climate change relief anything. Do people want big gesture policies only,
