If the Feds become responsible for acquiring medications in order to get better pricing, what we need to do is have 'Medication Vending Machines.'

Or! Even better! Make it like a 'Claw Machine!'
You've got to try and grab the insulin...God forbid you get the Blood Pressure medication!
Or maybe like Skee-Ball where you have to win a certain number of tickets so you can go to the counter staffed by a 16-year-old and exchange them for an eraser, your medication and a decoder ring?
