I was having a debate with my brother regarding the Canadian PM and their security detail/transport etc.
To my knowledge when the Canadian PM and other high level VIP's like GG, cabinet and members of the Royal Family travel, they usually fly the Bombardier Challenger Jets domestically and the CC Polaris internationally.
What the debate was if the Canadian RCMP VIP team and the Canadian motorcade is transported ahead of the PM in a larger military transport plane?? I don't recall seeing a lot of videos or news about a large motorcade being transported all over Canada for domestic use along with his security detail. Considering how many cars are in the motorcade, I would assume it would be a 747 or Globemaster transport plane?
Any insight in your experience at the airport how it works with the motorcade/security detail?
