Which is why the MS sufferers and clients that I've dealt with have had to go out of country for their procedures and pay for it out of pocket.

I don’t think it’s that simple. You said above that for some people it’s great and for some people it’s a nightmare. I think you’re talking about the liberation treatment?
Anyway, it’s just unproven and you can’t have a state funded medical system pushing treatments in its population that might be awesome or might be a catastrophe. Then the country ends up liable for damages and outcomes after they ruin people’s lives. This isn’t a seeing eye shot from the blue line in overtime that “could work, and you never know”.
