That's a newer feature and almost no one uses it.
I know some parents will use it for posting their kids to only family and stuff like that, but that's about it.
Truth is, he 99% meant to post that to everyone, he's just that dumb.
I guess he was probably already high on coke too, so maybe that makes you do stupid things
