I wouldn't go so far as to say he has a cocaine problem any more than other players. He very well could but it's a fairly common drug for wealthy athletes. Most are smart enough not to publicize it. In saying that, I'd expect a public apology from him and an announcement of entering the assistance program to help potentially save his career.
I look at it as a social media issue. Taking video and subsequently posting it to Instagram, whether accidentally public or not, seems like a generational thing. In my experience, I never had the thought that, "someone's gotta see this" while partaking in such activities during my younger years. This was at a time Facebook had only just became a thing.
