Perhaps but other factors are in the mix then as well.
Markstrom may tell the Flames i will waive for X, Y, and z only to avoid what has to be the uncomfortable mood around things right now, otherwise im not moving at all and dont ask me. I imagine him and his wife/family are having pretty deep convos about it these days. Hell. he may be asked now and deny things.
Also, the supply part of the equation rises in a big way in the summer when there are no pressure points on teams.
