I agree...to a point. It's important to have good vets around but there are usually some available every year. If a team makes an offer you can't refuse, you have to make the deal.
If Dallas thought they just HAD to have Coleman, and offered Johnston, Stankoven, and a first for Coleman...you have to make the deal.
They won't, but that's not the point. Every player has a price, you just have to weigh how much he's worth to the team, vs how much is offered for him.
