Even there, the only one I think are definitely ahead are Hughes and Seider (Both taken ahead of hm anyway) Probably Caufield. Maybe Boldy. After that though, a whole lot of players you could slot above or below, depending on preference. Some due to injury (Byram) and some due to flaws (Zegras, Macelli, etc), some due to both (Dach). There are some you woudl probably take based on their play this year (Thomas Harley).
But there are a whole lot of players there who haven't broken through (Newhook, Turcotte, Podkolzin, Broberg, Kakko), and then a whole lot who are NHlers but not top line guys (Krebs, Hoglander, Protas, Kastelic)>

Sorry, the comment i replied to was referencing Holtz not being worth a top 20 pick in his draft (2020.)
But to your point, I disagree that Caufield and Harley have surpassed Cozens yet. At the end of last season definitely neither were, and I don't think 50 games matters when you're sub 25. I think Cozens retains his draft position or maybe even goes top 5.
