Be honest. Tell job 'B' that you are not going to be able to make the training because you have an interview with job 'A' that you applied to at the same time as job 'B' (if that is the case). Let them know that you were interested in both positions and that job 'A' just didn't get back to you as soon as 'B'. Either they like your honesty or they'll be upset that you accepted their job while still tendering other offers. At least you won't have to stress about it and there are probably jobs 'C' through 'ZZZZZ' that would be interested if those two don't work out.
