If Conroy gets another return similar to that he got for Lindholm I don't think you'll get any of the veterans running away. It's all about the talent and Conroy could be grabbing some interesting players and prospects that may see the team hurting for a short period of time and jumping back into the playoff mix in short order. He and Coleman are probably the 2 guys driving the team and the youth to compete. They will get the guys playing hard behind Wolf too once things settle down.
