I'm pretty sure Glaus has plantar fasciitis so he'll be hurt all season until he gets off-season surgery.
The young kids have really been pitching well of late, Marcum has been an absolute rock and his strikeout rate is really impressive so far. I hope McGowan can string together another couple good outings in a row, I want the kid to gain some confidence in the majors.
League pitched his first game of the year in the minors today as well and he struck out three in two innings (he apparently hit 94 on the radar gun) so he might be back soon. If so, might Janssen join the rotation where he belongs with League taking over as the set-up man?
Halladay
Burnett
McGowan
Marcum
Janssen
That's a damn young rotation but I'd rather have the young kids pitching .500 ball and getting better than guys like Ohka.
