To be clear. This is just a list of names. The ratings and salaries are not what they will be when hired.

You hire coaches without knowing their rating and salary - which is how all initial coaches were hired.

So feel free to use that list as a guidelines - but don't assume that the ratings/salaries will be those.

We also reserve the right to rule any coach on that list ineligible. Such as Bowman as Jeff mentioned.
